The basic certification program - an introductory e-certification program which, when successfully completed, will allow you to qualify as an Certified Professional. Since the program is self-paced, you may complete it in as little as 10 hours, but you have 5 full calendar days if you need the extra time. |
A training course facilitated by the client that you chose to service. Can be between 1 - 8 weeks depending on the client you chose. Full training will be provided on everything from procedures, policies to systems. |
